Although there are many places to ski on the White Mountains since they cover approximately one quarter of the state, one of the best places to head is Bartlett, New Hampshire for the amazing Attitash Bear Peak resort. Here, visitors will find two mountains that offer soft powder and challenging terrain that is sure to raise the heartbeat of even the most experienced skier or snowboarder.
The two mountains of Attitash and Bear Peak combine to give outdoor adventurers ample opportunity for thrills and spills on 280 skiable acres and 70 runs. The numerous trails are divided fairly evenly between the skill levels of easiest, more difficult, and most difficult so the entire family can comfortably glide down the well-maintained trails without a dull moment. As the biggest park in the Mount Washington Valley, you are sure to find at least a few trails that push your skis to the limit and make you wonder how you waited so long to visit the White Mountains.
